Helping Clients Thrive
I want to instill in clients a sense of hopefulness and an expectation of change. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen connection by stopping the endless cycles of negativity that disconnect them and cause hopelessness so they can identify their underlying emotions and unmet attachment needs. Once connection is felt and hopelessness reduced, they find freedom and safety to work on creating healthy patterns of interaction again. As we work together, I want clients to feel valued, validated, heard, and seen as they describe the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors manifesting through this process. I will collaborate with them to reach goals, create a deeper connection in their relationships, and find solutions to lessen any symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Why I Became a Therapist
I love to watch as clients discover hope and find freedom from anxiety, depression, and relationship pain. I admire my client’s commitment to transforming their lives through the hard work and dedication of counseling. I cherish clients’ trust in me as they share their personal stories’, and I am devoted to listening without judgment or criticism. Helping clients find answers and light in what may be the darkest times of their lives is incredibly humbling, and I feel honored to walk alongside them in their journey.
