Helping Clients Thrive

I seek to help connect you to your inner experience and empower you to move into freedom and alignment with your values and goals. I believe growth and healing happens relationally and my main goal is to provide a safe relationship for each client to explore, process, and heal the influence of challenging life experiences. My approach seeks to view each client from a wholistic perspective and integrate body-based, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and relationally oriented methods.

What I Do For Fun

I am a husband and dad of two young kids. My ideal day starts with a great cup of coffee and a book (a rare occurrence with the kids around, but I take what I can get). I love to hike/take walks with my family in beautiful places. When I relax, I love music and movies (especially Lord of the Rings).

Words to Live By

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”

― Rainer Maria Rilke
