Helping Clients Thrive

Hello! I am eager to get to know you and to hear from you. I believe that building a supportive counseling relationship is crucial for growth. You are unique and so are your dreams and goals. In our sessions, you can expect me to focus on listening to how you are feeling and thinking to better understand the experiences you are having. I pursue creating a space where clients feel comfortable and accepted as they share.

I believe you have the ability to bring about desired change; I want to help you see that potential come to fruition. I use motivational interviewing as a way to help empower, encourage, and validate clients. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to explore clients’ specific situations and help them find solutions.

I love getting to meet new people, hearing their stories, and seeing the growth and accomplishments they are pursuing during my time with them.

What I Do For Fun

I have all sorts of hobbies and interests so it just depends on the day. I enjoy sports, specifically football. I enjoy a wide range of video games but enjoy strategy games the most. I am often doing random things with friends and family. I recommend walking along Cincinnati’s downtown riverfront park. I am also learning more about cars and local government.

What I Like Best About Being A Counselor
