Helping Clients Thrive

Every person is unique and so are their dreams and goals. I foster a space for people to explore what life they want and begin exploring how to get there. I use Motivational Interviewing as a way to help empower, encourage, and validate people. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore clients’ specific situations and help find solutions. I believe people have the power to change and I want to help people see that potential as well.

What I Do For Fun

I have all sorts of hobbies and interests so it just depends on the day. I enjoy sports, specifically football. I enjoy a wide range of video games but enjoy strategy games the most. I am often doing random things with friends and family. I recommend walking along Cincinnati’s downtown riverfront park. I am also learning more about cars and local government.

What I Like Best About Being a Counselor

Seeing people! I love getting to meet new people, hearing their stories, and seeing the growth and accomplishments they are pursuing during my time with them.
