Helping Clients Thrive
Many couples and individuals are deeply hurt by the chronic pattern of emotional disengagement and unresolved conflict. I help my clients focus on core issues and take gradual steps to help reduce distress. In session, I meet you where you are and offer space to uncover where you’re stuck and develop skills to find healing and reclaim a deeper connection. As you set goals, we’ll work towards them together using the latest evidence-based practices in therapy.
What I Do for Fun
I enjoy landscaping work, weeding the garden, and planting flowers and vegetables. My husband and I are avid home rehab amateurs. Occasionally our young kids are willing to learn along with us.
What I Like About Being a Therapist
Whether it’s an individual overcoming depression or a couple saving their relationship – creating life-changing outcomes propels me in my role as counselor. When I partner with those ready to exit their chronic pattern that keep them stuck in life and relationships, I design a space that deepens connections of love and respect. While I specialize in many kinds of adult therapy, I admire the effort and the revelations discovered in relationship counseling.
Enter at the Lobby Entrance of the Offices at Liberty Center and take the elevator up to the third floor. The office is on the left (follow signs for ThrivePointe). When you arrive, check in at the iPad, and grab a beverage while you wait for your therapist.
Free parking is available in the Warehouse Row Garage (behind Cobb Theater) and the surface lots behind the Offices at Liberty Center, which is off of Haskell St. Metered parking is available throughout the property. These meters have a 90-minute limit, and accept coins and credit cards.
