Helping Clients Thrive
Oftentimes life can be overwhelming, and we need a place to work through those places that cause distress. I like to think of the therapeutic relationship as a journey with clients as they work towards overall mental wellness. Each journey is uniquely tailored towards the individual client’s goals and met with an interpersonal approach. Taking the step to reach out to a counselor can be uncertain; therefore, I work to create a space for clients to feel safe, seen, and heard throughout the counseling process.
In my practice, I have a passion for working with adolescents who are working through the many changes of life. I enjoy working to improve interpersonal relationships with parents/adolescents and couples. I believe it is important to create a space where everyone can be heard and respected.
I offer a person-centered approach that provides support and a strong therapeutic relationship that allows clients to meet their goals.
What I Do For Fun
I enjoy spending time looking for unique coffee shops with my husband. We love finding that amazing cup of coffee or tea. With two teenagers in the house, I also enjoy spending time playing cards and board games.
