Instructions
In the Castle Creek building, our offices are down the hall to the left. We do not have a receptionist, so once you enter suite 160, take a seat in the waiting room and your therapist will meet you there at the time of your appointment to bring you back to the meeting room.

Free parking is available at the Castle Creek office park.
Castleton is centrally located, just a short drive from Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, Nora, Lawrence, Zionsville, and Eagle Creek. We look forward to seeing you soon!
